Tender Blue w/ Mirror Tint? (poll)
I looked out the window today and noticed it was quite foggy outside. Enough to really mist up all my windows (and everyone else's.)
I noticed that my window's looked awfully close to the color or the mirror style window tint, and it got me interested in having them all done that way. I understand this tint is illegal basically everywhere, but I have been stopped numerous times for other violations, without ever even a mention of the tint on my Honda.
What do you guys think? Yes or no for mirror tint on my car? (drivers, passengers, both small side windows, rear hatch glass)
(Please ignore the driver's side taillight. I lost the clear cover somehow on a 4 hour drive)
This is how the tint looks on my Honda:

Aww but its fun.....
When I am riding around in the Accord...people will look over, and then start fixing their hear or checking their teeth or something......I guess forgetting that they are looking at a car window, and that I am looking directly at them.....

Okay... the wing part is rude.. I know, I know.... but that just destroys such a beautiful car
If it was one that was curved and not such squared, and was molded in, it would be good...... okay okay, to each his own, just trying to help out, hehe
PS directfreak, your picture doesnt show for me....
Did you ever "finish" your car?

My car is needs literally a maximum of 2 work days into it to finish it. Lack of time, and too many responsibilities are a bad combination.
I probably won't get to touch it for another 30 days at the least.
Good thing the HD fills the need for speed.
Hondaguy...
You dont know how lucky you are to have that front kit,Its rare and from what I have been told NOT sold in the US but in Puerto Rico..
Theres a GSL SE around here with that front nose,I tried to get that about 1 1/2 yrs ago,I contacted Kaminari, and they gave me some **** how that mold got burnt in the fire.
Anyways take care of it,
The loovers and wing make it look so dam heavy..

So many responses......so little time....
Ok, THAT is how I bought the car. I did not do any of the work myself. Initially, when I saw the pics on the dealership's website.....I too thought that I would be tearing alot of that stuff off the day I got it.
But...when I saw the car in person, I actually liked all the parts. I get flamed on for every time I post a picture, about how lame the chrome fenderwell pieces look, but they look a hell of a lot better in person.
Some people hate the louvers, but, hey....they're not cheap....I like the look they add, and like the extra privacy I get with them. They come off in under a minute for all 3 pieces, so, its no big deal for me to apply or remove them, to suit my mood for the day....
Mechanically, the car seems pretty stock, except for the exhaust, at least, the exhaust from the rear axle back (which is still there) K&N filter, is the only actual mod I have discovered myself.
I know the front and rear are imported Kaminari pieces. The sides, nobody seems to know anything about. The wing, I believe now.....to be one of those 80's S-10 style wings. It was there when I bought the car, it matches the paint, fits on the car quite flush, and goes along with the interesting bodykit.......so, I'm not going to rip it off.......at least not until I come across something I like better.
I'm still undecided about the window tint.....just getting people's feedback for the time being.

I would stay with the black tint, and remove the chrome trim ..to me its ghetto.
Keep the car with the black and blue look,Your side skirts look like Kaminari, tahts the only brand that I know of that has the curve so you can get in and out of the car easier,BUT the things on the door,I cant tell if its a sticker or plastic,I never seen it before..
I was a big fan of the loover I liked it painted same as the cars paint..pending on the color,But to many problems, rattles at high speed, cant see **** at night.
The look to heavy.Reminds me of a back of a armidillo..
Yeah im crazy
