Is it true you don't do S4 turbo's anymore. Forgive me if you've said it before. I've read you don't can you clear that up for me. Thanks

Your prices seem pretty fair!

If i didn't have friends that had race support from turbonetics i would try one! "with an external WG"

Well, it looked great … It seems okay so far. But I haven’t got to hit boost yet. Still breaking in the new motor. I will let you know how it all goes once I finish the break-in and smog this badboy and hookup my “real” setup and Boost may *** off! ETA less than 3 weeks.

Matlock- I have so much time invested in the S4 turbos, I actually lose money by building them. I wanted to do something affordable for everyone without me throwing tools around my shop. It is very very hard doing the wastegate puck replacement. I can see why no one does it!!! I can do them, probably will still do them, but I will up the price a bit when I update the site. I am going to start running specials on engines and turbos for you 2nd gen guys.

Scott89t2- Shipping will be about 20-30 bucks. As for product questions, please email me so I don't get in trouble on the forum BNRsupercars@aol.com

RS4Racer- As for a turbo that will support 350-400 RWHP, I reccomend the stage 4 hybrid with either a 60-1 or a 62-1 compressor wheel along with a t04 turbine wheel. If you are on upwards of 400 rwhp, you need a full t04E.

Darkwaveboi- What kind of name is that??? lol anyway, stage 2-3-4 are different compressor wheel options. H3 stge 2/ 60-1 stg 3/60-1 t04 turbine wheel Stg 4. clipped turbines are different for each Stage. If your car is tuned right, you can get up too 320RW w/ stg 2/ 340 rwhp w/ stg 3 and 360-70 rw with the stage 4. The stage 2-3 you shouldn't run past 16 or 17 psi or else the exhaust will choke power. Stage 4 is fine for up to 18 or so psi, possibly more .

Nuclear13B- I have a S5 t2 witha stg 3 turbo. It does really well on the SAFC. On cool nights the car runs 16 psi. Very nice I just need to do my intercooler stuff for it.... man I tell you, the stg 3 rocks when it is up on boost . I am suprised how well it responds and works when its up on boost!

If you guys have any questions, feel free to email me. I am not on the forum much so if I don't repost, don't feel like I am ignoring ya. Also I would like to thank everyone for giving me a good name on the forum. It really makes me feel good about the business. well enough of the sappy stuff lol.

Take care,
Bryan

What is the price of your stage 4 hybrid? What does that all include? Also this is just a bolt on?

Here are the only prices I have found, on RX-7 Store.

Bryan, does anyone else carry your turbos? And do you do business directly? And any idea when your website will be back up

You better believe you want one.

I have an '89 T2 with a BNR Stage2 turbo on it. Last time I had it on the dyno it averaged over 330rwhp at 15psi. This was before I put 720cc primaries and 756cc (72#/hr from injector.com) secondaries in it to take care of the little stock injectors. Too much is just enough. Since then I haven't been back to the dyno to tune it right with the SuperAFR. It still runs like a raped ape, albeit way too rich. This is not a peaky turbo by any means. Once it builds boost at about 3500 it gets up to the top of all the gears with a quickness. I have not had the chance to run it in the 1/4 miles yet, but would NOT be suprised to see a low 12 second run or two. And this car is my autocross/daily driver. It's not setup for drag in any way. But that matters little now with this turbo. To say I'm pleased with it is one helluvan understatement.

Once I was done with my car I was going to do a full report on this turbo and post it. Now it looks as though I won't be finishing my car after all. Life happens. But I'm not worried. It'll be taken care of well.

Bryan, thanks! Your turbo is f'n sweet.

Bryan, I emailed you before, and as time goes on, i'm getting closer and closer to buying one

Now from what I can see, the difference between stage 2 and 3 is that stage 3 comes with the to4 housing. Does this housing physically fit? will anything need to be relocated? And most importantly, is it still 100% bolt in?? Last question, does this include the core charge?

Thank you!!!
-Ross

BTW, I got my Stage2 about a year and a half ago and only put it on back in May. What makes mine a Stage2 might have changed. But all the same - WOW!

That's WAY fun to watch. You should see all the putty in the shop walls!
