can someone help me with this i am sick and tired of my tan interior it gets soooo damn dirty and my leather seats a ripping up estimates to fix them are hundreds so i am getting either good conditioned r-1 seats or some nice after market ones....SO I NEED TO PAINT MY INTERIOR PLASTIC AND VINYL panels whats a good web site to help with this or can someone give me pointers...

are the R1 seats different than the base ones ?

 

R1 seats are black suede. Base seats are cloth.

 

I actually made a post about this a couple of months ago. I did the conversion myself. i used Dupli-color Vinyl Spray Paint and CLear coat. Many many layers, The results are pretty good only if you let it dry forever, not recommened if you use your car as a daily driver.
For little parts, my advise is to find the parts on the forum and at junkyards, or at MAZDArecycling.com
As far as the seats, you can buy really nice ones from leatherseats.com. They actually have a custom made kit for RX7 3d gens.
Is a lot of work, Ill tell ya that much!!! Its worth the hazle but is a bitch to find everything, The only thing i need now is the dome light, the visors and the seatbealt buckels that go in the seats themselves and i will be done,
