Well I am thinking about going non-seq. and I was wondering if the lag would be pretty substantial seeing as I still have the main cat, not even a high flow one. Which I am planning to do, along with a rad. and fuel pump hopefully by next spring. Anyway, if I go non-seq. now would I have to get an aftermarket fuel pump as well. Or can I make due with the stocker with my mods as is?

Is there a reason you want to go non-seq? If your turbos aren't working correctly and you can't figure it out, then go non-seq. There is some lag and driving in higher gears at low rpms, there's no pull. But there is some more pop in the midrange and there's no transition. I'm not sure how they would run with a main cat - probably not too well. It's a tradeoff of low end for midrange power.
