Question Can anyone tell me how to Adjust my head lights?

Can anyone tell me how to adjust my headlights? i just bought my FD like 4 weeks ago, the headlight on the drivers side is tilted towards the ground, makes it really hard to see at night! i am replaceing the bulbs soon with new blue halogens. hopefully that will also help my vision at night time.

The bluish "fake" HID halogen bulbs can be dimmer than normal bulbs. Also, aiming your headlights is so basic it's in your owner's manual. If you don't have one, download it from www.iluvmyrx7.com or buy one from www.mazdaformance.com. Anyway, there are two adjustment screws on the headlight assembly. One aims left to right and the other up and down. Make sure you check your "brights" pattern as well. You should also be aware that dims SHOULD be aimed to the right and downwards somewhat.

I know i'm not bright sometimes, but those headlights are hard to adjust. The concept is simple. But on mine, when I adjust them to where they should be, the light bulb is loose. So I have to adjust the lights in a way to also keep tension on the little spring in there. I hate it.
My car looks cross eyed.
I'm going to check that link.
