Flat spots

When i go into the second turbo every so often i will get flat spots but they seem to be completely random. Sometimes i wont get any but then other times i may gey get 3 or 4. The car will be pulling great then for a few hundred RPM it will hit a flat spot then it will start pulling great again.

Its the fact that it doesn't happen all the time thats confusing me. I have tried changing the spark plugs but with no luck. Would it be the HT leads?

any help would be much appreciated

Is this an FD? If so, what's your boost pattern? What modifications are on the car?

Start with the boost test: http://fd3s.net/boost_test.html

Determine if the hesitation only happens in a certain spot of the RPM band or if its random.
