Great meet tonight. I got there mad late but there was still mad cars. Most I have seen there to date.

 

Great turnout. Biggest meet to date.

Perfect night too.

Met alot of new rotorheads and saw some very nice FC's, FD's, and 8's.

my drive there and back was so nice, it was such a nice cool night, no traffic at all, could have went 200mph on the LIE if I wanted to, but kept it around 65-70 with some bursts here and there hovering in the century mark- felt good to be out and reminds me why I keep this car.

 

sinned: youwonder took some pics but not many. hes gonna post them up later on 8club and then ill post them up here. im pissed cause i didnt bring my camera either.

Rob: glad to hear you had a good drive. what did you take to get back to LI??? ever taken the northern state???

 

I live on the south shore, last time I took the LIE-Cross Island-SSP

the SSP has closures at night by me so sometimes the road is pretty tore up from resurfacing, so I decided to stay on the LIE and got off the 110 exit, took Pinelawn down to 27A. Pinelawn is another road that at night you can go pretty much as fast as you want, the dead people in the cemetaries dont mind

i usually take the LIE to the Cross island to the SSP to Sunrise highway.

i dont like the LIE too much cause its boring and theres always cops. lol

but you should try taking the norther state parkway sometime. it may be out of your way but its a nice drive. its only 2 lanes and has some very nice slaloms and twisties. plus its got a nice view.

and you had the FC with the valve handle on the rear wiper blade??? lol

I think I can talk my way out of a ticket easier with nassau or suffolk then staties

and i work for suffolk county so i can get out of most issues but not so much in nassau and queens.

 

really good turnout as always alot of familiar rotorheads and met new ppl drive home was great for me as well nice and cool till a lil honda tried racing us lol.

 

had a blast seen some old friends made some new ones it was a nice turn out hope to see u guys again next week
