I need some help locating which wires at the ecu control the injectors. I have a pin out but its not labeled up.

I basically need to join into 1 primary signal wire and 1 secondary signal wire. Can anybody help

I suggest you start with downlaoding the Mazda manual and look at the end of section F where the wiring schematics are. It gives PIN numbers and color code.
