Occasional choppy acceleration

Hey guys, i couldn't find anything specific to my case here, so ill just list of some problems im having... First of all, the choppy acceleration im having, it isn't the normal 3k rpm issue, because it happens even around 2-2500 rpms. My fc bucks around and stops acceleration until i shift up, at first i thought it was the tps, but when i rev the engine in neutral it seems fine. My second thought was ignition coils, but im curious as to why it isn't a problem all the time. I've checked my fuses and those all look fine, but I hope one of you could direct me to a bad ground. For example, i just got my horns fixed for a bad relay, but they stopped working the day after i fixed it, and when i turn my lights on, my power antenna goes down.

Who did the wiring in your car? If it was you, that's great because at least you know where to look. If someone else did all that, have fun and get out your voltmeter.

I would check the wiring harnesses to see if they are correctly wired
