NY No horn 84 gls se

I just picked up my second first gen and this one has issues. No horn, so I checked and the fuse was pulley, replaced the fuse and now the brake lights work, but still no horn. I ran a jumper wire to the horns and each one works. I pulled the driver seat for dash access and still can't locate the horn relay switch. I know what it looks like and stil no clue. I was told to look near the clutch and still nothing. Please help, I can't find anything on this anywhere on the forum.

pull the cap off the steering wheel and see if it's plugged in.

Have you looked in the 1st gen FAQ to find a link to a FSM wiring diagram? I haven't looked at one for a 1st gen but if they're comparable to those for the FC and FD they will show you the locations of the components shown in the diagrams.
