The nose cone if I am remembering correctly bolts to the fenders directly. But you will need to fix up that area a bit to be able to mount the fender. I mean, you're going to want to at least fix it up enough to be presentable. Easiest way would be to find someone parting out a car on this forum and have them cut you a replacement section. Then weld it on.

My old Swap..the 'Blue Grenade' was actually an insurance write off that had subtle damage to exactly where your damage is.
I had a parts car and when I brought it in they said "it would be nice if we could just get that section and weld it up..it's a little knarly~!"
I went home and used a reciprocating saw and chopped a nice hunk out of the parts car,brought it in and Said "here ya go!".
They were flabbergasted but they had the part and actually had my car at the end of the next day.
But,seeing that pic,You actually have a good amount to work with,so you could try straightening it before taking the plunge of replacing that area.
