CO 12a rotor housing refinish

Anyone out there have any experience with having the 12A rotor housings refinished? I have heard there is a place in Canada that can refinish them in either chrome or Teflon. Haven't been able to find it on the net. New rotor housings appear to be unobtainium from Mazda. I have 4 that appear to be in good shape, but am building a Spec 7 motor and want to start as close to new as possible. Have 2 lightweight and balanced new racing rotors still in box from Mazda.

The chrome plating is proprietary to Mazda. The finish on the chrome is very specific, that being said goopy performance offers a refurbishment service.
