    Gentleman.. Would any of you be interested in Having a Fully Rollerized Rotary Engine..set built with 11,000 rpm Needle Bearings on E-Shaft Front and rear, with a Needle Bearing Rollerized Rotors set..I recently built a 12A Set and it will be in testing this summer at our local Track..If any one is interested let me know ..I will post my results.. stay tuned Thanks

    Fred, u said u had some extra plates. I would be happy to buy one off u. I need s5t2 rear iron. U don't have to port it either ill take care of it. Let me know thanks

    blown apex ...if you can get your housings lapped flat no more than about .005 inch then have the plates plasma sprayed with chromium carbide mixture about .007 inch then relap the plates till they are to factory size ,on a regular cast iron lapping machine takes about 6 to 7 hrs ,faster with a high speed diamond lapping ,once that is finished lapp the plates on a soft lapping wheel of( I used alum )till smooth, once finished and cleaned it will lower the friction of the side plates and lower the heat too(thermal barrier)do not miss any steps the final finish lapp will remove all the swarff,( extremely hard small particles) failing to do so will result in a front bearing seizure within 350 miles as the swarf pushes past your bearing it will strip the soft babbet from the bearing surface, you could plasma spray the oil control rings as well as the rubbing surface of the side seals,good luck if you need help e mail me at rotoryrockets @shaw.ca ....Fred

    Like new knowledge ( to me ) on rotaries and new ways to protect from heat. What does the plasma coating run? P.m. me any info on what you do or where to get done.
