I purchased a sunroof assembly and the item didn't arrive until 3 weeks later. The claim was filed through paypal since the seller wouldn't accept responsibility or consider any options which would make it fair. I would recommend nobody buy from this seller. I also happen to win the claim and I just received the product and I will personally send him the money when I verify it is in good working order.

more like you filed a claim before the parts would have even possibly made it to you shipped from here and just froze my paypal account for 2 weeks for no reason when you had the tracking # and proof from paypal that it was shipped
