I was selling a used wastegate that was advertised "as is" with plenty of good photos. This guy offered me less than half of my asking price, and against my better judgement, I accepted and shipped him the package USPS priority.

He got the package and then decided he didn't want the part anymore so he demanded a refund. He then claimed it was a "replica part" and when I asked him for evidence he provided nothing to prove his claim.

When I told him no refunds (because it was sold "as is") he filed a dispute and charged-back the money.

I was left WITHOUT part and WITHOUT money. I have been selling on this forum for nearly 15 years and I have NEVER been accused of selling "fake parts" nor have I had to deal with someone who doesn't understand the meaning of "as is" when buying used car parts.

AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS. HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
