this seller never communicated to me that he was going to take 1 whole week to get my item shipped. when I notify seller exactly 7 days later if he had shipped item. he said he was going to the hardware store that night to shipped my item. I was mad of course, knowly that I paid him $800 worth of items and wasn't a prioritize for him to shipped my items. I had ask for a refund, but for some reasons the seller didn't want to refund my money? as a buyer. it is every right to request refund if item never recieve more than less has not shipped. then this seller is anally hurt that he didn't get his money. I WASTED HIS precious time when he wasted my 1 whole week of getting items packaged. funny logic I say .

Seller is exaggerating about week total to ship it was 3-4 days total. He backed out because he changed his mind, this is the reason as the seller that I initiated negative feedback. Otherwise if he was so unhappy as the buyer why did he not leave the negative feedback? Because he knew he was at fault.
I initiated this negative feedback to his account, knowing full well he would reply with a negative feedback for my account, because I wanted to warn others to avoid this member and the trouble and hassle he caused me.

I've been on the forum and eBay for 15 years with no negative feedback and have 1000 positive feedback on eBay. It's simple, the buyer backed out and changed his mind on the purchase. Shipping half of an engine is not a quick thing and 3-4 days is not unreasonable to ship. I am not a business where you can change your mind because you "decided to go another route" as you wrote.
This member never mentioned upfront he needs same day shipping and never reached out. He tied up my paypal account with a paypal claim as I'm sure all of us are aware of the hassle that causes for weeks. Unreasonable and rude member that we don't need on this forum. No further reply from me, I hope others will see this before interacting with this member.

I never knew as a buyer that I can't ask for refund? to let other buyer know in future, don't buy from this guy. he a person without any integrity for business. he won't refund your money. he thinks once u pay him, it's his money. even though, he hasn't shipped your items yet. just beware when dealing with this guy. he acts like he is the only veteran around here. I've dealt with many transaction here and mostly on eBay. I've never dealt with a seller who won't refund my money. please beware next buyers.
