Sub-Brace came in, in IMMACULATE condition! The part was actually clean and the box reeked of Strawberrys (I think he soaked it in cleaner for a couple of days. before pressure-washing it).
The communication was great and the process, painful. The brace was packed well and shipped quickly - it's said that he wraps and packs everything with so much love and care that Mrs. Clause is one JEALOUS bitch!
