lost of power after 3000 rpm

Hi Guys,
Well i just finish with my TII with a fresh rebuild , E6K , 2 stock primarys . 1600 secondaries,MSD Ignition, FMIC , Greedy TD06, walbro 225, now , before i did the rebuild my car was tune to 15 psi, now that i crank the engine , i know i still have to break in the motor , but after 3000 rpm the car looses power and runs rough , i'm kind of new with haltech tunning , maybe you guys can point me in the right direction regarding what can i check on my haltech maps,(timing, a/r etc)
Thanks

Rob.

Did you check the timing with a timing light, setting the timing lock on to -5 degrees and making sure its lining up? If there is something wrong with this proceedure and your timing is off, it can cause damage to your engine. This is an E6K so i dont think is trigger noise issues, unless your gain is set way too high, 5 or over. Or, there is something wrong wirh your CAS (airgap, bad wires, etc), if nothing has changed on the engine combinations, injector size, or anything like that, and the program is exactly the same as it was when it was tuned with that combination, there is no reason for the Haltech to be bad, unless rats got to your harness, or your motor has been sitting too long. Maybe your fuel filter is dirty, or bad fuel from sitting too long, i can go on and on, so what you need to do is start checking the basics, timing, spark, fuel, fuel pressure, etc.

FUEL, SPARK, COMPRESSION...

These are the things that you need to make power... If you know your compression is good(fresh rebuild)...

And you have properly set base timing... assuming you have checked your ignition system as well, and you are NOT blowing out spark when your engine is coming on boost...

Then you might be having fuel issues... Have you tuned your car with the 1600 secondaries? On top of this, you may want to monitor your Fuel Pressure when your engine is coming on boost... as firing that size injector may be overdoing your fuel system...

These three things are the main factors...

so far

Plenty of spark and fuel , and yes is tune for the secondary 1600, now when the car is iddling got 40 psi of fuel , is this normal , or i have to adjust my fuel regulator?and like said before after 3000 rpm chokes and you hear detonation ?

Thanks in advance for all your replies.
