Rotary Resurrection

It's kind of sad that I think this is the first time I've ever visited this section of the board.

Anyway, over the last couple months or so, I've been buying parts from Rotary Resurrection (Kevin Landers) on Ebay. I am here to describe my interactions with him. I honestly have bought quite a bit of stuff from him - a handful or MSP rotor housings, some rear counterweights, oil pedestals, an alternator among others - an I can honestly say, I am nothing but pleased.

Now, the kind of person I am will state full disclosure here. I have personal stake in making this thread, he offers some incentives to customers, but the truth is ... HE does great work. He's very professional. His prices are fair. He packages the items very well (I'd never seen one of the boxes a NEW rotor housings comes in from Mazda until I bought the Rx-8 housings from him ). I would NOT say any of this unless I thought it was true and I don't care how much incentives he offered. So let's be clear ... I mean every word I say about him based on the interactions I've had so far. Furthermore, I have every intention of doing business with him in the future.

I'm actually kind of glad to do this now that I've started typing because I'm thinking back to all the Bad Guy threads I've seen (through links) and I think it sore of makes sense to talk about Good Guys, too.

Rotary Resurrection is a good guy and I think if you need parts or service, you should give him a try.

Flaco ~

you're probably right. it can be a good thing. i guess it was more an off-the-cuff comment on the fact that i'm a creature of habit. there are some sections of the board that i simply never check out and i've been here for like 12 years now.

another thing i forgot to mention about my RR experience was the fact that he actually credited my account for the difference in shipping costs. i'm sure one could ask, well, "isn't that what you're supposed to do?" and yes, it is. however, i'm not sure how many people actually would.

as i said ... Good Guy.
