Cool thanks, it going to be early that I think the caravans are going to have to meet up, but I think most peeps can handle it once a year

Folks,

In order to expedite the morning. I am going to give out some instructions, because I will be the 2nd person you will meet Saturday Morning. 1st Person will direct you to the payment lines, where our Payment Collection Crew will be.

• RX display vehicle (outdoor): $20 (car & driver) - additional passengers: $5/ per person *PAID @ STAGING AREA*
  
• RX display vehicle (*indoor): $30 (car & driver) – additional passengers: $5/ per person *PAID @ STAGING AREA*
  
• General Admission Teens/ Adults/ Seniors: $5/ per person

You will tell me INSIDE or OUTSIDE, pay ( CASH ONLY!) and I will hand you an ENTRY CARD and WRISTBANDS to get into the Venue.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTION OF OUR PARKING STAFF AT THE STAGING LOT.

Easy!

One more note: Folks, please practice backing up your Rotary!!! Backing up at an angle, or backing up perpendicular. Find an empty parking lot and practice, you don't want to be THAT guy/girl holding up the line when we are rolling to the show area.

Bernie just announced their first meeting. They agreed to have SS15, next meeting will discuss venues and date. Look for update within the next few weeks.
