How are you measuring oil pressure? Stock sender is flaky after a number of years, a new one will do fine but if it's a stock sender and unknown age that could be your problem.

Yep. Used they should be a dime a dozen, they are VERY hardy gaskets. Mazda considers that part of the turbos so doesn't sell separate.
