There is a way to actually clean those relays as well, they get gunked up with carbon. Ive repaired a few wiper modules this way and a quick solder reflow.

I would bet that its flooded anyways, or at least oil washdown. We used to just pull the fuel pump relay under the dash and crank until it started, then plugged it back in. You can do the same...

More then likely there is a brand/manufacturer...
More then likely there is a brand/manufacturer and part number on the header connector for the ECU. That would narrow down the type of pin or socket you would have to order.
