Thanks guys, i am throwing 3 more coats of varnish on it tomorrow for a total of 5 :D

So it should be really durable, then i am going to trim out the edges and it should look real nice and...

Well, it was pretty decent out today (45 degrees) so i painted in the lettering and varnished the whole thing. It still needs a couple extra coats of varnish and trim, but overall i am pretty happy...

Can someone please tell me what size bolt/stud is on the starter? That way i know what size ring terminal to buy for the cable...
