Keep the bac, you can however, get it idle W/O issues with a/c on with out it, but it is a real pain in the butt and it somewhat depends on the condition of the motor itself!

Guess u could just use rpm vs tps (alpha-n) instead of rpm vs map (speed density).I think the bikes are set up to use the map only on very small throttle opening then some how switch to tps instead...
