the CABLE works.. all manual transmission CABLES are the same..... but the GEAR that drives the cable off the tranny is different...
TII's have a different gear ratio in the drive train than...

you don't need spacers... you need ADAPTERS... ...
you don't need spacers... you need ADAPTERS... they are 25mm, .(4mm shy of one inch) and you bolt those to the hub and then the wheel to the adapter. And you'd better use a friggin torque...

IMO Thermal wrap out of the turbo is...
IMO Thermal wrap out of the turbo is USELESS... WHY... the compression of the turbo has heated the air up... you don't want to keep that heat in.. and engine heat isn't going to hurt it...
