I had braided SS fuel lines on my FC for years with no issues.
I now have the ability to make metal lines, and would not do it that way again, but it worked fine for me at the time.

I would replace the exhaust port sleeves with FD ones, and otherwise just clean the ports up a little bit. For that power level you will have no problems with stock size ports, especially on e85.
