there are a lot more differences in to4's then the turbine. The to4 in that picture is a to4b btw. one of the smallest to4's.

but why the HUGE jump in performance from just .3 bar? i mean, it went up almost 115 hp from just that little bit. doesnt that seem odd?

If this were an NA engine then i would agree with you. But we are talking about a turbo in this case. Water going through a turbo will hurt the turbo.

Yea, I have that manifold. The runners are not equal length. The welds are OK..not the best ive ever seen, But they should hold up for awhile if you brace the turbo. I cant tell you how it works...

Edit: Nevermind, didnt see that he says the tires size. 245/45/16.
