My opinion...

I'd run two pumps, in the tank, and 5 no. 6 hardlines to the engine compartment. That gives you a supply and return for each pump and the charcoal line to keep the fumes down. They like the fuel...

Good news. Swaped out the alternator with one of the extras I got and wala...no more pulsin.

Compression hard tube no. 5 to no. 6 AN or JIC fitting. Used em for years, never had a leak.

Well heres something, maybe...???

When engine is started up PFC reads 12.0volts steady, no up or down until the voltage regulator kicks in. Then the voltage goes up and the pulsin starts.

Gonna swap out alternators and see what...

Car has over 12v when not running and is always in 14-15's when running.

At first I thougt it may be an instrument cluster ground or something. Thing is the headlights, everything does it. ...

After it warms up, yes. Still does it.

I did a ton of stuff on the car starting in Feb. New Magnacore 10.5mm wires, but I've used them on other FD's and thats whats on mines and no problems.

I got it. It was some crappy alarm wiring (done by someone else). I repaired the wiring back to OEM and the car started on the first try. :nod

By the way, the new PFC w/yellow led remote commander I got from you is killer.
Way better than the old one. Worth every penny to upgrade no doubt.
