Directly behind the rear axle would be one way of doing it. It looks like you have appropriately placed frame rails to hang a fuel cell, you would just have to keep it between the wheelie bar...

I can't tell you how tall a regular 20b pan is, but i know you can get away with just a 3/4" aluminum plate for your drysump system. Your concern really should be whether you can get it far enough...
