I dont know about it being easier but probably cheaper haha. One day I will buy a non rotary car and build it. I was thinking about buying an older Supra, 300zx or 240sx maybe an Impreza I dont know yet. I want an AWD car for winter because the 7 isnt touching the roads in winter. F that. I may end up buying a cheap Subie after all
Thats cool man and yeah luckily you do. I had a GXL that had it but I would rather have a Turbo2 haha. My Vert doesn't have LSD yet but it will when I get to turboing the s5 engine. Thats sweet thats a nice turbo. You shouldve spent the effort on the 7 though
thats pretty sweet man. no one around here builds plymouth lasers but my one friend has an eclipse that he is building right now for 500+ hp. its almost done and the car is sick. why dont you turn the boost down until you can rebuild the engine? and what are you planning on doing to the rx7? i sold my base model FC rx-7 and I bought a s5 vert shell that was sitting and after I sold the base model I got to work on the s5 vert. Went to Rhode Island for a 100 dollar S5 vert parts car for a new top and engine so its coming along good right now.
Thanks on the comment, it finally is coming together now that I am working again. I am painting the passenger door jamb now and then I just have the hood, rear end and touch ups on the fenders and its flat black for a few months. The engine is going in soon, i just ordered a flywheel now I need a clutch and its in
With 18's I'm sure it would be pretty hard making turns going slow and parking lots would suck but if your going to 16's it shouldnt be too bad. For the time being I'm going to be driving around with the stock 14's or 15's I forget what size they are but eventually I'm upgrading to after market rims probably 16's or 17's.
