Ethan, It's been over 4 months now and I still haven't received the Hatch or the Wing. I sent you a $1000 RE-A Hood in exchange over 3 months ago. You have repeatedly told me that you have shipped the parts on several different occasions, yet no tracking number or parts. You won't respond to any text messages when that was the only way you had communicated in the past. I'll be in NYC on business again next month. Call me asap.

Ethan, I need to know your shipping plans asap. It has been two weeks today from when I sent you the money and have been told you were going to ship the hood two different occasions. I messaged you today again to ask about shipping and have not heard back even though you have been on the site since. This is very discurraging, I can not help but think I will not recieve the hood. I understand if you can not ship the hood, so I am asking that this is shipped by june third or I would like my money back. Let me know your plans
