    Hey Cris,
I have read your post about tuning a holley 650 for a 13b bridgeport several times and am having trouble getting her dialed in. I had a few questions about my set up and your advice on fine tuning. I have a spread bore 650 right now atop a racing beat intake to a 4port 13b bridgeport. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Chris, I know I'm asking for a lot but please help me if you think it possible. I need advice on building a 13B PP for oval track racing over here in South Africa. I'm more into turbo rotary's but
need to build this motor for a friend of mine. We opened his engine which is a standard series 5 turbo engines with the exception of PP housings and carbon seals, everything else is standard turbo engine. I can send photos of this setup if you want. I would like to do oil modifications to the front housing and the eccentric shaft as well. Can you give me port sizes and port timing that should net maximum hp with series 5 turbo rotors. Currently the engine is running a 51mm IDA carb, but I want to go with a 55mm dual throttle setup and micro tech ecu. What size exhaust runners do you suggest we use. I'm going to use steel apex seals (power seals) from SCR in Australia. Any other info that you can send my way will be dearly appreciated.
    Thank you and best regards.

Hey Chris, how are you? Not sure if I have the right person. Do you live in south florida and are the rotary mechanic everyone mentions? If so, let me know. Thanks.

Hi. I just brought my R1 from Seattle to Miami. Looking for an honest, reliable, and not too expensive mechanic who understands the rotary engine and the RX7. It was sitting for two years in Seattle and needs a little bit of TLC. I heard you were pretty good and I would like to see if I can bring it by for you to take a look at and let me know everything that needs to be done and a price quote.

    Thanks,

    Tyla

    Chris,

Can you disclose what type of fuel you were running when you made 338whp on your bridge/partial PP? I would like to go up a class in racing, but I need to make around 320whp, I've currently seen up to 240whp sae corrected with my small bridgeport. I've been told that my drysump is robbing around 10whp. I would prefer not to run on race gas crazier than 100 octane. So I would need my motor to put out close to 330whp on 100 octane - 10whp for drysump.

There is a guy in our local area that runs an SCCA GT2 with a 13B PP and a drysump system, he has only put down between 280-297whp over the last few years. He is carb though gene/berg I think. I run Motec, so I might have more potential if I switch to PP or partial PP.
