Sorry for the delay in answering. You have probably have remedied the trouble by now. Part of the cruise control circuitry runs through the odometer. If the odo is out, it can (not always) cause the CC to operate erratically or not at all. Depends on what electrical component is out in the odo circuit. Fixing the odo will bring the CC back if this is the root cause of the CC problem.

A few years back you created a thread about your odometer and cruise control having issues at the exact same time. How did you end up fixing the two?
