I don't think posting a dozen times is going to make Ramy come back and reply any faster. Though...I hope this doesn't take more than a month...

No, not closed. Just waiting on lilredrocket to receive his kit, install it, and post up some pics of it so we can have some actual first-hand feedback on the kit

Sorry about that, but finding a way to ship it safely took longer than expected (when you receive it, you'll see how seriously delicate these things are when they're "free" (ie not attached to an actual panel). Plus I wanted to make sure they don't get scratched in transit. So I sourced some specialty boxes, and yours is on the way. I should have a tracking # around here somewhere...I'll see if I can email it to ya

You're absolutely right And no, this week was simply a tough week, that's all. Busy knocking out orders behind the scenes...

Dear God...you're not gonna believe this... I shipped it out to ya FOREVER and a year ago, and assumed you got it, and that was that. Got real busy, never got to check...until now, cuz I saw you're still asking for a tracking #! You shoulda gotten it like WEEKS ago. And here's what I found: 550950710006130. Apparently the dumbass guys from Fedex damaged it in transit, so they returned it to me. No matter; I already have another one for you I'll ship out to ya immediately while these retards pay me for mine.

Sorry...bear w/ me.

because this guy is running such a scam with these kits .........none of the pieces are cut correctly .....this is just you regular ordinary dash overlay kit you can easily purchase for 150 bucks on ebay or any of those dash kit websites..........and the best part is ramy does not answer any pms or emails whatsoever ......he takes forever to ship his products because he is so "busy" and the refuses to give refunds .......i called him and the only reason i have his number is bc it was on the box he shipped the kit in and i asked for a refund after i explained all this to him and he would not discuss it with me on the phone and told me i had to email him .....and i am yet to get an answer ....when i said straight up i want a refund he said we can "talk" about it .....thank god i was able to dispute this and get credited for it otherwise i would have been screwed out of $375 ....................................o yea ramy by the way, the kit is on its way back to you .....thanks for nothing chief

WTF I thought these were supposed to be custom fit to the shape of the interior.

Can you post some pics?

Ramy - If your kits are as shoddy as lilredrocket describes, will you refund my $430?

quotes from the item description made by ramy

This is a GB for REAL Carbon Fiber or Brushed Aluminum overlays just like the ones Mark Koch did in the past (if not better), where the overlays actually wraps over all the edges and leaves no plastic peeking out like other brands/variations...

- Will be precision cut to fit the panels EXACTLY

witness the precision of these perfectly fitting "molded" or cut with an exacto knife pieces he describes

notice not only is the hole for the shifter way to big and not shaped right ......the width of the carbon panel is about 2-3 inches too skinny .....and the great part about this exclusive kit is that all the pieces show the same workmanship and quality......or ramy just bought them on ebay for $150 and is now trying to rip us all off by selling them for over $400
DONT LET HIM RIP YOU OFF

Wow, that kit is garbage and not at all how it was described. Glad you got your money back. Hate to see Ramy slipping like this.

I did indeed speak w/ lilredrocket, and as I tried to explain to him, I sold a PROTOTYPE to him, which obviously was off in the shifter panel (something I was not aware of prior). But that's not representative of the entire kit. Interestingly, he didn't post pictures of the REST of the panels, or how high quality the kit is, from the material to the finish to the 3M tape. That's nothing short of misrepresentation.

In the particular situation w/ lilredrocket, I will not comment on publicly, save to say I never refused to give him a refund. I merely made it clear to him that I don't deal w/ threats or those who choose to jump directly to not just a Paypal dispute, but a full Paypal claim before even conversing w/ me. And the rest is between him and I.

To everyone else, I'm actively working on getting this resolved immediately, obviously prior to proceeding w/ the GB. This is why a test-fit was something I was adamant about prior to proceeding w/ the GB.

Highwind, don't worry; I recalled your kit back to me. I'm working on getting this resolved immediately. If not, you'll definitely have your refund.

Nothing's changed guys; I won't sell anything I can't stand behind 100%. One part was defective; we'll get 'er done, don't worry

Thanks,
~Ramy

Thanks for responding, I put into this GB based on the positive vouches of many longtime members here and they always say that you come thru.

lilredrocket's last few posts were removed because I've spoken with him REPEATEDLY, and at length at that re: the kit he specifically received. And how I was taking steps to remedy the situation. He was not interested in reaching an amicable solution whatsoever. He went straight to bashing me on the internet (which isn't going to work), and then LIED and said he never received the kit. So he wanted to play hardball from the beginning unfortunately, when I would have rathered to solve this peacefully & positively.

As for things on my end, I want only the best for my customers, and as such, I will be putting this GB on hold until further notice until I can verify that the kit will be up to my high standards. I'll be posting an update shortly.

Thanks,
~Ramy

Nice try. I'm simply going by what you directly filed in your claim... ;-)

If your reading skills were up to par, you'd see that there's only one other set that was sold, and I will more than likely end up refunding him until I get the issue w/ the kit resolved.

I always have and will always continue to stand 100% behind my products. If you have ANY concerns, you're always more than welcome to take them up w/ me, and I'm always MORE than reasonable. If you bypass that and decide to proceed immediatley w/ a claim - especially a bogus one - then I'll make sure your SOL. I front the respect; I expect it back.

Thanks,
~Ramy
