OK, let me get this straight.
You are in Greensboro and post here?
Just kidding. I guess I qualify too, since I am 100% Italian, although I live in Hamilton, Ontario?

Come va?

Ci lavora, e ci si diverte (poco...).
Mia moglie (di genitori italiani) e' di qui.

Ciao Giovanni

Dici a me?
Va be', e' ora di andare a lavorare.

I've got a question for the Italianos! Are there any car restrictions in Italy? Power, or emissions testing? Maybe ride height? Just wondering, I'm trying to go to Italy after I leave Japan in a few years and was wondering if there are any weird or crazy auto inspections like they have in Germany. This is for my Rx-7 by the way, Thanks!

Ciao, bene, piu' o meno.

Can anyone answer these restrictions questions?

Thank you

If you're in the military then it doesn't really matter since all saftey inspections are done on-base. From what I understand the Italians have to have EVERYTHING documented. Even if you change the wheels you need to have it documented. And road tax is payed according to the car's power.

I've got a slammed Japanese-spec FD with HIDs and I haven't had any issues with the local police and I haul *** on the autostrada.

i guess that if your plate is not Italian you follow your car rules, but you have to follow the road rules wich mean mantain speed limit etc etc

I'm in Aviano, Italy. There's nothing crazy like that, just the usual military inspections you see everywhere else, easier than in Germany which is where I came from. I drive my FD daily and all that happens is Cops will pull you over to look at your car.

Only emission test.
About the ride no limit, but here you must have a omologation for the tyre size.
If You have a non standard tyre You must make a special ispections.
Let me know if can give You any help.
