Not gonna lie. Its much easier to build a custom pan instead lol. Moving the rack a inch forward gave me even worse angle then the fc has stock already

Most recent part i bought tho? A nice BB s15 spec R T28 turbo! Also picked up a bigger z32 maf and just need injectors and a tune and ill be sitting right round 300-320whp. which is perfect for me!

That's exactly what I'm using on my SR. I'm seriously considering switching to an N60 maf though. I feel like using 0-80% of the MAF's range would be easier to tune than 0-50% range. I could be wrong.

Well yeah, but 440hp is closer to 80% of the N62's flow capability. I thought you were saying you are shooting for 300-320.
It's like using a GT35R to make 300hp. Kinda. It will work, but it's overkill and inefficient.
But I haven't had any problems with mine either.

oh ya i know wat u mean. Nah z32 is perfect for anything above 260whp. since stock sr maf is good up to about that. Its best used for 260-500hp. Ive never heard of anyone having a problem with em. Great mafs

because i got a killer deal on a s15 turbo for $250 that i couldnt pass up. Plus im only used to drifting with around 200whp when my SR was stock. 300ish whp should be great to get instead of getting the 2871 right off the bat and goin with 350-400whp. I feel lke that would be too much for my skill level being used to something much more slower.

Ya seems like all my buddies are out here going from stock *** sr that they blow up then build the motor and go with a big turbo pushing 350-400.. Then they crash that **** the first couple events they go to cause its so much outta their skill level. i definately think taking it in steps is better. Also that way i can have a better understanding to give advice to others by taking it in steps.

Well small update.. I randomly was researching FC diffs since i still have alot to learn about the FC. Ive only drifted nissans before the FC. Anyways while doing that i found out my Cusco 2-way that i recently got for trading for my old bolt in Cusco cage was a Cusco 2 way in a n/a housing.. Well im currently runnning a t2 lsd thats been welded so found out that the 2-way wont work for my car. Kinda sad cause i was so excited to try it out. But now its for sale for 550 obo.. Sucks.. cause it looks so clean! Well you live and learn i guess lol

Nice build thread going on here! Somewhere on the forum I read that turbo and n/a pumpkins have a different number of ridges. I have a n/a and it has 9 ridges. I can't confirm how many a turbo diff has although I was looking at one on eBay and it appeared to have 11.
Yes after the whole diff crap i went thru i no know a shitload about the differences between the two. But yes the T2 diffs have 11 ridges on them not to mention a bunch of other differences.
Here they all are for anyone wondering
