Weird clutch?

Hey guys, about a couple of weeks ago, I was driving and the clutch was fine. But as I went to change gears, I went to put he clutch in, first half on the way down was fine, but the second half just went to the floor as if sometng broke. Now as you release th clutch, it feels sticky, as if its not disengaging properly... any ideas?

Dennis, Thanks guys.
