have you ever removed this?

i would like to know if anyone ever removed the plastic nipple for the heater hose, just under the oil filter?

i am changing the engine and i need to put it on the new engine but when i removed it from the old engine, the o-rings that were in there are way to big to be put back in place...

Did they get bigger because there was some oil on it?

anyone ever experienced something similar?

You don't need the plastic piece, just put the hose directly to the nipple coming off the engine.
