Hardware to install mud guards?

Maybe someone could help a little here. I purchased a set of mudguards last year and never put them on. The person I bought them from didn't have the mounting hardware/grommets and whatever they normally come with.

I went to a Mazda dealer and was told I cannot purchase the hardware without buying the mudguards.

Does anyone know if there is a part number for what I need or any tips of what I can use besides the oem hardware to attach them with?

thanks,

rob.

Use some silicone adhesive (clear ones better) to seal the mudguard on the fender. The screws also hold it in place.

You can use 3M double sided tape instead of silicon also. Silicon makes it seal and hold better.

Try the local auto parts store. They should have nylon inserts and screws that would fit the mudguard and fender holes. If the mudguards have not been used I think they have tape on them. If not, do what djantlive said and add tape or silicon.
