factory turbo help

i was driving the other day and all of a sudden i lost boost . It cames back at a bout 4500 rpm i. someone said that it not my apex seals becouse my car still starts up i just dont get boost untill 4500 rpm and its only 5 psi

Sure it has, to many people. However the turbo control system has many parts so there may be many possibilities to your problem. If you want to fix it, start by working through the troubleshooting guide:
