850cc Primary Injector install

Quick question, i have put my secondary rail in with 1680's i put the primary modified rail in with my 850's and now im having some pressure drop. it cant seem to hold pressure. I know the secondary rail is in correct.

I used the aluminum lim spacer for the secondary.

Now the Primary what needs done to put these in. do i need to remove anything before the injector goes in? Also i am supposed to use the diffuser for the primary spot now from the old secondary correct? do i need to modify these to have a good seat?

thanks guys.

yup i saw that. Damians injectors for the primary are top feed. Mine are not. He also has a different rail. I appreciate your help Mahjik, I got everything in and good to go, My diffuser was bad. car starts are idles ok.

Some how i broke the Coolant temp/Water temp sensor, So if anyone has one available let me know.

Thanks Jake

Those differences shouldn't matter as much for the diffuser info. The sealing part would pretty much be independent of the rail (i.e. the injectors are going into the same holes in the housing).

As far as the coolant thermosensor (I'm assuming that's the one your broke, on the back side of the waterpump housing), IMO, that's a sensor I would buy new. They are around $60 IIRC.

Primary rail needs to me modified (top shaved) in order to close the cap. I had mine machined inside as well to seat the injector lower. You will need to replace the o-rings on the injectors and the o-rings for the rail itself.
