is the wolf3d ems good for controlling boost

I have a fc with upgraded turbo and fmic, my next step is to go standalone ems, injectors and fuel pump, once winter clears im going for this upgrade, but wanted to know if this unit can conrtoll boost good. b4 hereing about the wolf3d unit i was going to go microtech with blitz boost controller and id meter, but this was gonna run me alot of $$.
as well can this unit set different boost settings for different rpm's like alot of the electronic boost controller.
if so i can save some $.

thanx for the replys. oh yeah i know this is a slim chance but is their any dealers in canada. or close to Toronto.

thanx

Wolf ECU

The ECU is very flexible and can control boost based on RPM.

The version 4 Wolf is over $2000 CDN. Not sure if the MT isn't quite a bit cheaper....

Yes, the MT is quite a bit cheaper, and also less expensive. ;)

LOL, believe it or not, I'm actually being objective. If you simply look at the Wolf hardware and software you can see that it is obviously higher quality than the LT8. Similarly, the LT8 is obviously higher quality than an SDS EM-4, and a Motec M880 is obviously made better than anything previously mentioned.

my original options were wolf, microtech, and haltech. ive narrowed it down to wolf and haltech. even though the microtech is considerbly cheaper than both.

More money gets more flexibility and tuning options. You pretty much get what you pay for in this department. Dont cut yourself short over a few hundred bucks when you have already spent alot on your car. Look at the features of each and decide based on that more than on price. If your local tuners use Haltech, you may want to stick with that because of support locally. The Wolf system is what i use and i prefer it over the haltech because it is more user friendly in my opinion. Good luck with your EMS journey...

Freak! Even though you're a dufus who needs bitchslapped from time to time, I said I'd hook you up on a deal for a Wolf. You still have Chris' number don't you?
