Wolf Logger Update

OK I have fixed a problem with Wolflogger that causes it to lockup when parsing a configuration file... ie it should be more stable.
http://www.angelfire.com/wizard/freqgengui/ at the bottom
http://freqgengui.dynalias.com home server should be done in a hour or 2..
