Wolf 3D Tune

Hey guys im still new at the rotary motor setup, i bought my rx7 two months ago and it ran fine but burned a little rich, about a two days ago the car started acting funny and would shutoff when i would slow down, i would read my Wolf stand alone data and it would say i was at 73degrees temp, air temp was 42 degrees Celsius, and the temp light was lit up, ive talked to a few rx7 owners and they say it shouldnt over heat unless im at 90 degrees and that i probably need a tune, because when it hits over 70 degrees now it will shut my car off any time i come to a complete stop, and i have to give it gas just to get it started unless i let car sit for a while then it will turn on right away. So my question is who can tune a wolf 3D model W3D41860 or if you guys dont think its that then can someone point me in the right direction thanks guys i hope this is posted in the right spot
