Wolf 3d EMS issues with Fans

I have a Wolf 3d EMS. I have the wiring harness made specifically for the FD. I am running into an issue with the fans not being powered on correctly by the Wolf EMS.

According to my mechanic:

1 relay turns on when thermoswitch gets to 220 degrees, which turns fans on the highest speed.

Other relay turns the fans to medium speed when air conditioner is turned on.

Low speed is supposed to be kicked on by computer, but its not being turned on because there is not enough ground to the relay from the computer.

If he grounds it himself it works fine, if he does not, it buzzes.

Has anyone experienced anything like this with the Wolf? He has changed all the relays so we know its not the relay, but may be the Wolf itself.

Thanks for any help.

There is an issue with the wolf fan system on the version 4. I had a wire in, an now running the PnP. Both had issues. The low speed fan issue is something you have to live with. It will only run at fast or medium.(ac) In the PnP version, the fans turn on with the Acc swithch in on.

Wolf is a good versatile system but it sure is not an aem, or haltech. I stuck with wolf.

check when the what temp the fan come on and off, if the degree it comes on is lower than the cut off degree then that might happen, also 220 is kinda high, normally i have my fan come on at 180. just my 2 cents
