Couple of Q's

Hey I am planning on buying the Wolf V4 with handcontroller.
Anyways:
If I get it I will have a shop install it. Can an idiot like me tune it?
Will the stock primarys and 720cc secondarys work well?
I currently have the F-CON computer (I think its just the ecu upgrade...don't know a whole lot about it) so what kind of gains can I expect?
Will this mod kill my already poor gas mileage (9mpg in city, 14 on highway)?
Is it possible to pass smog with it? I'm guessing no, but worth the ask.
Is it harder to tune w/o a laptop? I don't get one for another 1.5 years when I go to college =/
How easy is it to mess up my car using this? (If I make a tuning mistake)
How much did the last group buy go for?
sorry for all the questions, but if I'm about to spend this much money I need to know everything about what I'm buying. (money is hard to come by)

Yes, you can probably tune it, go slow and read up on the subject before trying
Any combo of injectors will work
There is always the possiblity of a gain, if you have a pro tune it, expect one
THis mod could increase your gas milage, or it could kill it, all depends on the tune
I found it easier to tune on my laptop than the handheld because you can see more of whats going on all at the same time
Its very easy to make a mistake, one inccorect setting can do anything frommake your car not run to need a rebuild (most extreme). However dont be discuraged, just go real slow and double check everythiung you do
