75% load maximum???

I go WOT. granted I don't go past 6k (until pro tune, so i'm being conservative on timing/fuel), and my psi passes 10 slightly (10.4ish) in my 20g. My load only shows 70-75%. I have my wolf programmed for 11psi internal map sensor. so i'm a little confused with the situation.. shouldn't it show 100% or damn close?

anyway, i'm running a greddy 20g running at 10psi with 750 primaries and 750 secondaries. 35psi fuel pressure @ idle. FD fuel pump. my afr's show pretty rich so i'm good there. But i think i'm running too rich, but I can not tell. anyone have a map setup for this kind of setup? it's street ported with 3" all the way back. I've been kinda doing it as I go, but I need some good basemap. i'm only running 12 degrees advanced at 100% load.. but I'm not getting there (I hit 10psi @ 3500-4000k). Any info/ideas/comments would be appreciated.
thanks

Yes!
75% would mean about 23 psi 107% aka not changed at all. I always leave mine like this you will need to see someone who correctly gets the calibration table to go lower . It must be setup incorrectly in the software or it is a bug in the hardware or software. I have seen them set at 100% = 15psi but never really looked into it. I want to run 20Psi :)

is there a way i can update teh software/firmware? I need to rectify this problem asap.. you think i should try to log in via laptop and use the software and just to lower the internal wolf psi calibration? because actually i dropped the calibration to less then 10 the other day to see if i'd bog down (107%) and it didn't (load wasn't recognizing with protocol of the new max load setting).
Is ther a way I can reset the wolf to factory settings? - of course save my map prior and reload it

Thanks Michael!

the 20g is super efficent for what i'm running atm witht eh greddy FMIC. my iat's under boost are usually between 30-40 degrees celcius. (assuming i havn't beens itting for a long time..which in that case. it'll be around 50 degrees till I start movin/boostin). it's odd. I ddin't realize that the FMIC would actually lower your IAT's if you boost just a little instead of not boost. Makes sense though.. pushing that cooler air in the fmic to the throttle plates.

You need to check that under Sensors that the Load Calibration AND the Internal MAP sensor data has changed. Now I have never done this OK:fingersx: but go to the 75% load point and set it at 100% Next you need to calculate the step size and work back too 0% load at the start.
This needs to be done with Internal Map sensor as well. Save the map and start again:fingersx: Don't forget to keep going past 100% up to 107% this could be another 15 to 20 data steps.

Remember, if you do that is going to re-scale ur fuel map in a not good way and im pretty sure ur gona need to re-tune or atleast an hour of math to figure it out what the new loads are compared to the old loads

Yep start from scratch you need retune :shocking:

:wallbash:

Sorry I should have added that :)

hey what's the site of all of your maps sir?
Perhaps I can find one to start me off in teh right direction. atleast witht eh same amount of boost/turbo i'm running. I can use the calc to figure out injector pulse. and I think my timing is already rather conservative. anything with a low 11 afr will do perfect. I moved my wideband to a more convenient spot and lost the terminator plug.. so i ordered another one... will be here thursday... even so, my laptop is so slow (233mhz), might as well just tune with the hand controller, haha :(

Thats Ok calling me Sir makes me feel old:rlaugh: Michael will do just fine. Here you go under Tools there is a Rotary pulse recalculator which may help??? plus other tools and maps click on the pictures.:icon_tup:
