well, there were only a few folks that made it out today... few are new faces, some were the regulars.
i guess Gary and Alvaro didn't have plans coming today, but that didn't stop the few rotor heads that came.
there were actually more FC verts that came today, than anything else.
i believe 5 verts, 1 FC, and 2 FD's.
thanks again for coming, and hope that mother nature won't be as mean as she was for this meet. =P
see you guys next month.

btw, what do you guys say having an evening Ricky and Ronnie's meet?
i'd like to build some interest before i start taking action.
if we can get just enough Rotaries to roll out (and LS1 swaps if you want),
we can try to make this happen.
lighting during the evening is actually better than the hot sun,
especially when the weather's is really random lately.
if you guys want to make it happen,
give me a holler so i can arrange some things with the SoCal RX Club.
we're aiming for a balance of SoCal old schools, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gens.
here's a sample pic of what it'd be like at night. (thanks google and G35 guys posting pics)

here's another pic from a bike meet...

i'll post more when i run into more pics.
a cool atmosphere with a really well lit parking lot.

anything rotary can come... i didn't want to mention the last generation of rotary from Mazda...
thought i'd keep it a secret for whoever wants to roll in their pimp rotary mobile...
again, we're just building interest. if we can fill the whole lot,
consider this meet to be thoroughly planned and organized as SoCal RX Club's R&R evening rotary meet,
done through the approval of Ricky and Ronnie's restaurant, Gary and Alvaro (members of SoCal RX Club).
edit: can't forget the RX-8s too.

mind you, we have actual date.
when we have a good number of folks we can bring in, then we'll start the date planning...
hopefully before Xmas if anything... if not, perhaps spring since it's too cold.
