SoCal 's monthly San Bernardino rotary meet: Second Saturday of each month.
Oh okay.
Speedemon:and make sure the o-ring is in tact) I had one do that to me once.
I didn't take the injectors off from the fuel rail, I know the injectors its-self has a few rings is that what your talking about or are there copper rings that they go into when pluged in. I'm looking in the shop bible and I don't see anything but I may be wrong.

if you lef tthe injectors in the fuel rail, you should be fine there.
you really need to determin if it is comming from the left or right side of the car. then try to norrow it down to (if passenger side) Primary fuel rail (lower) Secondary fuel rail (upper) fuel line, rats nest..... ect. if everything is soaked, your going to have to let it dry out as it is easyer to spot a wet spot when everything else is dry.
you might have a small hold in one of your fuel lines. this would be fairly hard to find. did all hoses look ok around the hose clams? no cracks or anything? this is also a common problem.

...... yeah.......... you might want to get a clamp on that hose. NO fuel line should be without a clamp. even if for some reason it is not leaking now, I will when it gets warm. and with it being right over the header..... that is just asking for a fire.
I take it you still have not found the fuel leak? have you determined which side of the engine it is comming from for sure yet?

Okay I found the leak it was the primary injector it-self the two bolts that hold down the primary injectors, well the right one wasn't even tight. It was hand tight at most. I know that's my bad.
But I got a question are thoes bolts the same lenght because I have two different lengths here look! the short one was where it was leaking pretty bad as you guys heard. the other Injector was clean.

Okay Jesse & KC
this what happen i changed the MFS and I don't think it did anything at all. I took mine off and it was in better condition than my cousin's from what I think. But anyways the car has no idle at all but after I got the throttle to work [because the cable wasn't on]
I kept the car on by holding the gas down. Then I got a little to happy and tried to drive off and for some reason no power really went to the wheels. The car came to a stop and stalled. After about two house lengths.
what was I to do now
Now the car sits on the street in front of my house. Damm thing is heavy. but all people that own an Fc know this.

Um.... I did talk to Mark After I did this recent work and so now I think my TPS needs to be adjusted or something and I don't have all my vacume lines pluged in so I also have to do that.

it's an air flow meter, thank you very much.
ohhh.... sorry..... my bad.....
he he.
yeah man you have to make sure you have all your vacume lines on. make sure everything is pluged in.... should run like a champ. I have never needed to get the TPS calibrated or adjusted. I always just left it alone and it has always worked fine.

Okay I made sure all the vac lines are on now. Dave told me he reset's the TPS on all the engines he puts in so I don't know how much of a problem the TPS is giving me or not giving me since I don't really know how it works.
The main pullie has to be lined up with that pointer right and then the crank angle sensor needs to be unpluge is that right? to reset.

how do the spark plugs look? are they new?
still sounds like a vacume leak.
when you got it to idle for 30 sec. would it rev up at all? how did it sound? (sounds like it ran like crap to me)
