Riceburner, please take this to PM's. You're more than welcome to come to our next meet. It will be on January 14th, at the California Speedway. All other meets will be at Pirate City Tattoo in San Bernardino, unless stuff changes. The address should be on the first page.

The dates for 2006 will be:
01-14-2006
02-11-2006
03-11-2006
04-08-2006
05-13-2006
06-10-2006
07-08-2006
08-12-2006
09-09-2006
10-14-2006
11-11-2006
12-09-2006 (although in the past, we've rescheduled to the first Saturday, which would be 12-02-2006).

Maybe the engine builders, ahem, should go fix the oil leak before anything else is done to the car....just a suggestion...

Riceburner, if Casey asked me to come help fix his car, then I would. If he prefers to ask the engine builder to stand by their work, then that's between him and the engine builder. Unless you built his engine, I really think you should stay out of this.

Mazpower, jhlongie, RedBaron, and others who were interested in the autocross practice on Saturday: registration should open sometime this week. Keep checking this page, and when it is updated with an address, you'll want to mail your check ASAP:

MANY of us have been helping w/ the drag car, but we are all at a standstill until some things get fixed, then we can start working on her again........ a barbeque "fix the car" day would actually be a waste of time due to the limited # of people who can actually work on the car, and the even less # of people casey would allow to work on the car..... so it wouldnt work like that...... there isnt enough work for several people to do...all of that has already been done....now its just the nitty-gritty..........

anywyas....scotty, thanx for the calander, ive been meaning to do it, but have been swamped at work! hopefully my car will be up for the auto-x by early march.......crossing fingers

LOL...you're a funny guy, telling someone they don't know what they're doing for changing the oil so quick, but you can't even manage to seal a front cover correctly...that must've been one of those "building secrets" you alluded in your earlier posts.

Dude, just get over there and fix his engine already. I can donate some RTV and Bruce Torrington's rotary rebuild video if you like.

Gimme a break dude. Your e-thug antics are boring. Just take care of Casey and maybe we can all join in on a group hug.

Thanks for the link Scotty, unfortunately my car will not be ready to be driven hard on an auto-x course, but I will be at that meet! If the 7 decides to not cooperate, I'll come out there in something else. Maybe it'll be my new "beater"...

Sounds like the 8 will be some fun on the course...maybe I can catch a ride with ya if you run.

The new beater is gonna be a Lexus SC300 5-speed...I'm trying to get one from AZ right now, a '94 with 106K miles. If that doesn't go through there's a couple others I'm eyeing. SC300 + 2JZ-GTE + Haltech = oooh yeah...

Hehe, nothing wrong with a 3500-pound car with 450 reliable horsepower...if all its good at is high speed runs and smoking the tires, then that's fine with me. Its sole purpose in life will be getting me to my clients and other boring daily-driver tasks.

You sir, are a complete joke. And so is the "engine builder". He paid the builder to build him an engine, and he gets a leaking engine that you two obviously don't want to touch. You're gonna have the gall to give him **** for spending time on his 8? Maybe he's waiting to have the OIL LEAK FIXED before he does anything else with that drag car!

I guess its up to the customer to fix the ****-ups that are the responsibility of the builder. I'm gonna assume this is engine building secret #2 from the gods of rotary building. Gimme a ******* break.

alright... ive been fine up until now....... who the **** are you to say who is and who isnt trying hard enough? first off ********, the swaybars were a christmas gift from his fiance', the tires were given to him from an auto-x friend...and there is nothing wrong w/ buying wheels...... he has been breaking his ******* back working on that ******* car, trying to fix the ******* headaches your slow, lazy, and now what seems like incompitant "engine builder" has done...... all of us (besides YOU! and you engine builder) have been working on that car trying to get it to run correctly..... (before the giant oil leak)

all you do is sit on your ******* computer and talk **** to people, get a ******* life! either that, or get your ******* facts straight before you open your ******* mouth!
i will garuntee he has put more hours and $$$ into his car than you have on any of yours!
